Dealing with mold in the home can be very overwhelmingThere are so many things that need to be taken care of in order to fix the problem correctlyAs a mother of children I needed my home fixed and I needed it done rightIronClad was a pleasure to work withI worked with Alfi who, after a meeting and evaluation of my home, left me assured from the very first day and was available to answer all of my questions The following work was completed by IronClad Water damage in four parts of the house, mold damage and restoration in three parts of the houseNew porcelain plank tiles in the entire house including the living area, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and new laminate flooring in all four bedrooms.painting included patch and replace drywall, skim coating the entire house including the bedrooms, sanding, widening entryways, painting and priming.Flooring including 3/inch subflooring and then mm laminate's for the bedrooms with new baseboards Rerouting underground plumbing in order to relocate the laundry room in order to extend the size of the kitchen.( I needed a separation for kosher and he was most accommodating) New shower with built in bench and walk in instead of a tub, as this better suited the spaceNew under plumbing for the shower and tiles throughout My expenses were covered under my insurance policy and Alfi helped to make sure I could cover the cost of a rental while this work was completed on the houseMost importantly my home was restored properly and in a timely mannerYou can tell that he really focuses on ensuring the quality of work done in the home was treated as if it were his ownAs a customer,I felt that he genuinely cared about his customersI would highly recommend working with Alfi from IronClad
