We have been customers of Truly Nolen for a little over 3 years. We have had more than our fair share of problems with them. They were quick to pick us up as new clients and seemed to be very reasonable and answered all of our questions.
April of this year we were starting to get a bee problem. They responded quickly to our concerns and verified that we were starting to get a bee problem. We were charged $750 to fix the problem which I was more than happy to pay for. They said that they would be back in a few days to check on the bee problem and to leave a pheromone trap. In June I contacted them to ask about the pheromone tarp and when they would be back to check on the bee problem. They apologized for us dropping through the cracks. They came out in a few days and did a follow up.
We have had a spider and scorpion problems inside and mostly outside of the house. We have called our rep. a few times to complain about this. They come out and did whatever it is they do, but we still have the problems with giant cobwebs around the outside of the house and scorpions in the house. I have gone out on my own to spray and try to keep the problem under control. My complaint is why should I have to spend more money on a problem that Truly Nolen is supposed to be taking care of.
The most recent problem is we had a bed bug problem in one of the rooms. We called Truly Nolen and they came out the next day to evaluate the problem. The bug we mostly contained to one room and a few dead ones in the adjoining bathroom. They charged us $400.00 to get the process started. Our rep came out that afternoon and sprayed. We had bagged everything as instructed and removed the bed from the room in preparation for the rep. After the Rep, had sprayed everything including the bathroom he told us he would call and come back in about 7-10 days and inspect and spry again. In meantime, we took the carpet out of the room and washed down the walls and vacuumed. Two weeks later and no call from Truly Nolen. We called and asked what was going on. No response to that, but they said that the rep, could come out that afternoon. When the rep, did show up he spent about two minutes in the room and did whatever he did and never did go into the bathroom to inspect or spray that room. The rep, acted like it was a major inconvenience for him to do his job.
We call a manager or at least we think it was a manager a day later to ask what does our actual contract cover. He said he would email us a copy of our contract and show us what we were paying for. He said he would have it emailed out by the afternoon. It is 3-4 days later and still no email!
