Attached documents in order: document Contract title containing parties information a,e Ironhide boxers (seller), *** *** (Buyer), Date of purchase, document, Buyers declaration and buyers responsibilities terms and conditiondocument Signed copy of contractdocument is the response
letter.Because it will only allow me to attach documents, I will forward you the full contract (pages) with response letter to your emailI am available for any question or concerns regarding the letter, or documents.I would like to start by saying that I have been an active small hobby breeder for over yearsI take pride in my work and have a strong passion for what I doBefore I became a breeder, I have done countess hours of research, took in plenty of advice from Professional breeders and learned the best, safest, caring practice I can provide to my past and present petsThey are family firstI have a natural love for all animals since childhoodI would never miss treat one in any way or do anything that will harm themWithin the thirteen years, I have successful found homes for each and every one of my puppies without any issuesThis case is the firstI have developed great relationships with my puppies’ parents and receive constant feedback and even meetup days with themI continue to give advice and make myself available if any of them ever have any questions or concerns. On March 14, 2017, Ms*** was welcomed into my home to pick up her puppyShe spent some time to observe and interact with the puppiesThe puppies were inside a baby playpen panel kit in our kitchen where they spend time during the day, in order to wean them form their mom, as well as get more human and other pet interactionThe play pen is mobile so they spend time in various areas of our homeThe puppies are reunited with mom in the evening when everyone goes to bedMs*** watched all the puppies interact and play with each other, while we discussed and transferred all papers (AKC registration, receipt, goodie bag, food, all vet records,( in which included shots and a fecal exam) to her ownershipI pointed out that the puppy’s shots, vet, and fecal exam were done on March 8, Ms*** read, agreed and signed a puppy contract, dated March 15th This contact transfers ownership, guarantee with limitations, explains New Parents /Buyers ResponsibilitiesBy signing this legal binding contract between buyer and seller, I assumed that Ms*** understood the full terms and conditions, and acknowledges the potential risks once the puppy leaves my careI’d like to point out, that one of the critical terms in this contract is that the puppy is to be examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within days of delivery/pickup but no sooner than days after deliverySeller must be informed immediately of the examination’s result by e-mail or regular mailWhich Ms*** failed to provideI also explained , with the puppy being only weeks of age, with only one set of shots, and several worming’s, it can potentially pick up anything once it leaves my home.Ms*** contacted me on March 24, 2017, (days after delivery) via text message that states “puppy had been to the vet “All going great”No examination results from the Licensed Vet shared or providedMs*** then stated that the only weird thing is that the puppy liked to run to her crate to use the bathroomMs*** ended the feedback with “anyway all good on the home front, just wanted to let you know.” Ms*** never mentioned any immediate physical health concerns, just a behavioral observation, in which can be developed in a new homeAt this point, I assumed that everything was fine, and that my obligation to Ms*** and her new puppy was fulfilled. Ms***’s puppy’s second set of vaccines were due the week of March 29, to April 5, days after delivery .Ms*** contacted me on April 3, She said the puppy is now drinking and peeing too much, so she took her into the vetThe vets suspected UTI, but not diagnosed.Ms*** then contacted me on April 25, days after deliveryAt this point, the puppy’s next set of shots are dueTotal set of shots now is #Ms*** said the puppy is still having peeing problems, but still did not provide an official diagnosis record from her Vet , but she did say she was going to take the puppy in again next Thursday.Ms*** contacted me on May 2, 2017, (weeks after delivery)Ms*** informs me that the puppy has different UTI infections, and parasitesShe then demands that I pay her vet bill Based on the recorded timeline of the puppy’s delivery / pickup to the time I was notified about the puppy’s worsen condition, it was too late for me to take action, which would have been my Licensed Veterinarian to treat the puppyMs*** had plenty of opportunity to share her concerns, but choose not toActions could have been taken sooner to prevent the puppy from getting worst under Ms***s careDue to Ms***’s incompliances to our contract, and no official Veterinary records shared, I do not feel that I am obligated to reimburse Ms***’s apparent vet bill expenses Attached is a copy of Ms*** contact signed March 15th

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I notified her on March 24 about puppy peeing in the crate, which she stated she was raised in a crate.  I have the [redacted] post, sorry it doesn't copy over so good.  Secondly I have all the bills from the vets, it took them awhile of testing the puppy to see what is wrong.  I first reported what they suspect the UTI on April 3 (again I have the [redacted] message to prove the dates plus all the vets bills. HI [redacted], just wanted to give you heads up that I have had to take [redacted] back to vets. She is drinking so much and peeing too much. They ran a test and they suspect that she might have a UTI (bladder infection). There are high white blood count and bacteria in the pee. So we are going to start her on some meds. The vets says most likely it is a UTI, puppy get it a lot. So no worries I will let you know what all happens. So I picked up the puppy on the 15 and I have proof of the comment about what the vet suspects on the April 3 that is just over two weeks.  It took a while for the vet to confirm what [redacted] all had, which turned out to be 3 uti's and 2 parasites.  I let [redacted] know on April 25th again still have issues with peeing again I have proof of this on [redacted].  On May 2 now we were getting somewhere with the test for [redacted] and I gave [redacted] the information to call the vet to find out for herself that what I was saying was the truth.  This puppy came to my house with all of these problems, she was peeing like crazy and had running poo from the time I picked her up.  At first I chalked it up to new home and just being a puppy, but after a couple of weeks it was obvious something else was going on and I reported that to [redacted].  I know they are going to do anything about this, but I'm being fair I'm asking for half of the bills, and I'm still not even done with this stuff.  [redacted] has to know that I went though [redacted] with not being able to put the dog in the create for even 15 mins to take a break or puppy would pee and then lay in the pee which isn't good for a puppy who is having all these health issues just going to be getting something else, because she raised in the create like a puppy mill.  [redacted] can say whatever she wants now about how the dog was raised, but the puppy ran into the crate to pee (their is a reason for that, she learned to do that).  This is what she wrote on the March 24th when ask why she doing this.  Ty!! They were raised in the crate, so that could be why she does it. It might take a little bit to where she stops it.. again I have proof on [redacted] this is from [redacted].I know I will ever get any money from [redacted], but I just want her to stop raising the puppies in crates, this is such a bad thing and it takes a lot to get them untrained from doing that.  It makes them a dirt dog and have issues like this, its no different then what puppy mills do and she needs to see that part of it from a customer point of view, not to mention from the puppies point of view.  I have had several dogs over my life and all have been crate trained about about the 3 days they are fine with it, they don't get upset or anything.  [redacted] still has issue with it, even though I have changed it out to different kind etc, she will probably have that her whole life.  It still stresses her out, oh not as much as its getting better and I have some tricks up my sleeve to make it better, but still there was no reason for all this. I don't want anybody else to have these same issues as I had.
