I tried to order computer online on AprilI used a ship to address that was a PO Box The pay screen kept popping up with ship to or billing address errors but address entered was correctThe order would not confirmThe next day April I called Ironside and they assured me my order did not go throughHowever , I let them know my credit card was charged twice for over $dollars I was told there is no order in system so my charges would be taken off my credit cardIt is April and the charges are still on my credit cardI don't think it is honest business practice to put charges on your credit card when it was never confirmed by the customer I would not have trust in a computer company that can't manage the software credit card charging systemThey will lose Alot of credibility and customersThey have lost me and I intend to file a dispute over charges on my credit card and a complaint of potentially illegal and unethical online credit card charging without customer confirmation
Ironside Computers has the best customer service of any company I have ever worked with. The laptop I ordered from them was top-notch, and every interaction I had with them was helpful and pleasant. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Last year I had custom computer build by Ironside. The computer has been solid and the support has been great. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. They where recommended by the gaming guild I am in.
