I am currently out of the country and will be returning the first week of January.

I fully intend to address this when I return.  It is important to note the person filing the complaint has provided written approvals and accepted the project from start to finish.  These...

written approvals are time stamped and dated to ensure the project only continues with their approval.

What does this complainant want?  We have written approval of every milestone and acceptance of the project, in addition they accepted the code base.  At no time did they ask or a refund or have any dispute about our service while engaged.

We work in a cohesive project management system which tracks all project progress, milestones, and sign offs.  [redacted] and [redacted] both signed off in writing which is fully recorded all sign offs on their project.  We do not move forward on project unless sign off is obtain in writing.  In addition to this they provided positive feedback on our work.  I have attached screenshots of their sign offs and approvals for all parts of the projects.  Once the project was complete [redacted] and [redacted] accepted the website and its files with the intent to have another development or web company work on their website.  They were fully notified once this took place our company cannot warrant or guarantee any of the changes made by the other company.

All sign offs and approvals are still maintained in our online project management system which chronologically records all records of the project.  We are 100% available to share this with the Revdex.com as evidence of their approvals and acceptance or their project.  I do not know what [redacted] or his company want as resolution however they have worked on /  changed the website and its files.

I am available to discuss this at anytime please call my cell at ###-###-####.  [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

In an attempt for Mr. ** to finally understand our complaint, we will reiterate by sending a copy of certified letter received by IronsideDevelopment/Zipline Website on 10/29/13 to you along with a copy of our postoffice receipt for that delivery.  We assumed that letter did indeed land in Mr. **’s hands and was read by him. That initial letter fully explained the complaint we had and a resolution. We NEVER heard from him and logically assumed he had no intention of resolving the problem simply, but preferred a more convoluted and drawn out route.  Thus, as the next step, we filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.  Prompt action and an equitable resolution by him after our letter to him on 10/29/2013 would have made it unnecessary to even involve your office. His amazement that we eventually reported his company to the Revdex.com makes us wonder if somehow within his company, our complaint letter never even reached him.  Our two primary concerns stem from the fact that he was unable to deliver a FULLY operational and optimized site by January 2013 as he had promised during our meeting November 2012 and when we eventually severed our relationship in June 2013, a multitude of corrections were necessary to make at our additional expense.  Those corrections are WELL documented. MANY times we told Mr. ** that we wanted a fully operational site prior to SEO implementation. Logically, we did not want customers coming to our site only to be frustrated by operational glitches including a nonfunctioning shopping cart. He began and billed for SEO services and was promptly paid by us assuming the site was operational. It was not operational due to the long list of additions and corrections that were necessary.  Again, our problems with the services spelled out in the attached letter to Mr. ** of 10/29/2013 should have been self explanatory to him. Our complaint letter to your office on 12/12/13 also outlined our complaint. Other than an attempt to dodge his lack of performance in building a fully operational site we really do not understand his confusion. Because of the issues stated, we are now asking for a refund. The extent of the problems were not realized until after our relationship was severed. The ball is certainly in his court now to resolve this issue in a simple manner. That being a refund for services not performed at all, those not performed properly, plus those performed long after HIS promised completion date of January 2013. By simply reading the correspondence from us and your office, Mr. ** should understand the issues we have with him and his company and recognize this opportunity as one that will put our complaint to rest without making it more complicated than it already is.

Sincerely,
