refundWe immediately fully complied with this requestWe arrived at the customer’s home to pick up the flooring and found the flooring boxes opened and scattered all over the houseOur employee spent several hours gathering the flooring to bring back to the storeWe issued a full refund, even for the flooring that was opened, installed and scattered throughout the houseWe did not enforce our written policy that returns will only be approved if unopenedWe have no control over what a third party installer charges the homeowner.Regards, David O
