Ironstone Vineyards Reviews (2)

Mr. [redacted] contacted Ironstone regarding attending our Polynesia Dinner and informed us of his dissatisfaction with our entertainment and food. In our conversation with Mr. [redacted] we understood that even though he was unhappy with the evening, he...

did stay the whole evening and he did finish his meal. Not at anytime during the Event did Mr. [redacted] approach our staff and mention his dissatisfaction. We have not received any additional complaints regarding the entertainment nor the food, in fact many of our patrons are return guests for this show. Our Event Manager felt that offering him compensation in the form of wine or a private tour and tasting would be sufficient because of the costs that Ironstone incurred for his meal and providing the entertainment that he stayed for; Mr. [redacted] was still not satisfied. Ironstone did in fact return Mr. [redacted]' call, and even though we felt that after our own internal investigation, that we did in fact provide quality entertainment and food, it was not something that Ironstone wanted to have as an outstanding issue. This matter has been resolved fully in favor of the attendee, Mr. [redacted], with a full refund.

Review: Hello, I work hard for my money and spend time planning for events so that I can spend good times with my father who was diagnosed with cancer. Ironstone vineyards sent an email advertising and evening in polynesia so I saved and planned with my father. We were excited, the ad said "Authentic Polynesian fire dancers", instead of Authentic Polynesian fire dancers we got 1 young lady that twirled a flaming hula hoop. We found out that the young lady lives nearby in a small town. Next they advertised " Authentic Polynesian cuisine " we received cold barbecue chicken salad and pulled pork, it wasn't anything most people would expect for 80 dollars per person. They advertised "Hula lessons" , they never once at any time offered what they advertised, I was so looking forward to the fun of having hula lessons and video taping my dad dancing, that's why I paid nearly 250 dollars for myself my partner and my father. We received nothing that they advertised and when I asked for my moneyes back they apologized and offered me either a six pack of wine or a tour of the property, I asked again for a full refund , I got nothing that we paid for. The events manager said she would call me back on Thursday, Thursday went by with no return phone call. On Friday, today, my father called and she offered again either a six pack or a tour of the property. We want our money back simply because we did not receive what we paid for. I demand our full refund.Desired Settlement: We want our money back because we did not receive what we paid for. We want our $241.80 back, we can't get back our time, but we demand our money back.
