The homeowner called one time in December of 2016 to inform us of the flashing issue. At that time, Andy, [redacted] of the company told him that the repair work would be able to be completed after there is no snow on the roof. soon as the weather allows. The flashing issue is not causing any damage, it is simply cosmetic. To be properly repaired there had to be no snow or ice on the roof, we wanted to ensure it was done properly. In regards to the rude and argumentative subcontractors; the elderly father was confused and yelling/threatening the workers, screaming that they were not allowed on his property and they needed to leave or he would call the police. He was also yelling and threatening Andy, [redacted] of Ironwood, as he was confused as to why he was at his home. The son-in-law had to come explain the situation to the father who has dementia.  There seems to be a misunderstanding on the timing for the repair. We will have it corrected as soon as the weather allows. Only one phone call/conversation was had between Ironwood and John regarding the issue. At that time he was told we could not come out until spring. It is only the middle of March, and we just had snow....so a repair could not have been done yet.
