Review: Called the office because my Moen faucet is leaking. I need a receipt to order parts. [redacted] came out and said he would be back Thursday evening. Two weeks later no show. I went by the office and no one there. Called his phone and a lady said she would have him call me. I'm still waiting. This company was in my home over five weeks and [redacted] dollars later I am not being treated very well. [redacted] owns the business but only showed up at the house when I went to his office crying. The people he hires are incompetent and sometimes rude. Some smoke and throw the butts all around...It was learn as you go on some projects.Desired Settlement: Moen faucet
