This company was a storm chaser We received a call the night after a big hail storm hit our area They called us to come look at our roof for an estimate One the phone, the representative asked me no less that three times if we had signed a contract with anyone else and I said no They came and said we needed a roof and expected us to sign a contract right then before we even dealt with our insurance company or got other inspections When a friend recommended another company who came out and we decided we wanted to use him we called IRoof and the owner said WE were rude and that we should have called last night and let them know The storm was on Monday, the call was on Tuesday, the inspection was on Wednesday and we decided today who we wanted to do our work I do not think we strung them along at all

After a pretty bad spring storm, I heard a commercial for Iroof & Restoration on the radioAfter checking out their website I reached out to them and left a voicemailWithin the hour I received a callback and was able to schedule an inspection for the following day They showed up the next day on time and proceeded to inspect my roof even though I knew I needed a new oneThey insisted on being thorough and cover all of their basesAfter checking out the roof they even helped me pick up some of the debris from the storm before we talked business They went over all of the necessary information and steps we would need to take to get my roof repaired and I was able to get my insurance all sorted out within the next weekIroof even came out and meet with the adjuster to make sure everything went smoothly Once we were approved our build was scheduled and they came in and got it all taken care of in one dayThey were very courteous and made sure everything was picked up when they leftThey even ran a magnet around to make sure none of the kids would find any missing nails Overall Iroof did a great job of taking care of me and my houseThis was my first claim and I was a little hesitant from all of the horror stories I've heard from friends and familyI would recommend Iroof for any sort of roof repairs
