My dealings with Steven M[redacted] and iRoof LLC have been absolutely wonderful. We moved into our house and a new roof was at the top of our list to have done before the winter. Although our roof was intact, the shingle was quite old and needed replacing. We called iRoof LLC looking for a quote and received a call back within 24 hours. Other contractors took over a week to call back. We had an appointment for Steve to come out within a few days. He helped us pick out a shingle that would match our shutters and make our house pop, and boy did it! We were happily surprised how reasonable his pricing was. He was very honest with what additional costs we could incur, and why we would incur them. For example there could have been rotted plywood under our previous shingle or the ply wood could have been too thin. There really is no way to tell until they get the shingles off. The contract Steve gave us had everything spelled out right down to what type of nails were being used and how far apart they would be spaced.

Steve told us that the full rip out of shingles and install would be a one day job for our gambrel, and it was. My husband and I weren't able to get time off from work, and Steve was fitting us in between jobs, he and his crew did the job while we weren't home. He kept my husband up to date on the progress and sent pictures. He, or any contractor could have told us all the ply wood was bad under our previous shingles because we weren't home to witness it--Steve didn't. He said everything under our roof was in perfect condition and we did not incur any additional costs. Now that is some HONESTY!

They were also able to make sure our gutters stayed in pristine condition and were reattached properly. When I got home, he was there to explain everything that was done, including the venting that had been done. They cleaned up after themselves, and I have yet to find a remnant of roofing material around the outside of my house. They took magnets to make sure they have gotten all the debris off the ground, which I liked due to the fact we have young children. My patio was actually cleaner than when I had left for work.

I would highly recommend iRoof LLC to anyone looking to have some work done just for the simple fact of honesty, integrity, and their work comes with a guarantee. Those things in themselves are most important to me. Since they also do siding, decking, and windows, we will be having them back again. The next project we will have iRoof LLC back for is finishing off our basement this winter.
