Review: contracted (1) paper recycle & (1) trash dumpster for several years. Scheduled pickup thurs -friday last week of month.

As dumpsters MUST have a combination lock, drivers log that pickup was done but on inspection by myself on saturday/monday I find pickup (esp. trash) wasn't done. If I only talk to customer service, I am basically accused of lying. Dispatch/sales is a little more co-operative but still doubtful of my honesty. This has happened MANY times in the past & sometimes I call but sometimes because I am made to feel like the BAD GUY, I dont call as I am a small biz & normally dont fill 1/2 way most months. ALSO dumpsters were damaged during pickup...1st repair took ~ 7 months & other dumpster is still unfixed. All I get is promises & talk. FYI area has cameras if MORE proof is needed.Desired Settlement: train drivers how to used combination lock & internally insure 100% pickup. Also acknowledge that if I call w/ missed pickup issue, I will be respected & treated like I am honest.
