I apologize for the delay in respondingI have been dealing with serious family medical issues and I have not been at the office in a few months to handle these type of situationsI apologize for the unsatisfactory dealing you have had with our companyI know that as I looked through our records we responded to your problem on a weekend and in a very fast mannerI know the technician was trying to work a time out with you to come to your home a second time fix the additional problem that occurred after the original issue had been resolvedBecause this happened a few months ago my memory doesn't serve as an accurte retelling of the situationAll I know is we solved the problem and there was a issue with schedulingI apologize for any mishaps that have happenedI will send out another copy of your warranty as you must not have received the first one
