I had many questions about repairs and Lance helped me come up with cost-effective solutions to get the job done in the best way for our budget. [redacted] provided a time, which he arrived early, worked thru, explaining our needs, made sure, we fully understood, and then prior to leaving, offered his services, via phone, any time, if we had any other needs. We had [redacted] come out and replace our control box back in feb/14 and do some work on the valves. He was very knowledgable and easy to work with. Then early may I noticed our irrigation was on just in back yard and I could not get it to turn off.....within an hour of my calling [redacted] he was here to replace a worn out valve. Really appreciated his help, especially when this was even on the weekend.

Hats off to [redacted] & his team. I was referred to IRS by one of the biggest plumbing companies in town. They use IRS as a contractor for their own irrigation repair jobs. After dealing with 2 unlicensed contractors prior and the irrigation system not working properly I was at wit's end ----fearing all my new trees & plants would die. Along came [redacted] and took over my worries. He was 100% professional. Evaluated the entire mess and got his proposal over to me within 24 hours. Provided full description of the work needed and what materials would be purchased. Also provided all ways to reach him if there were any questions-----And yes this contractor does answer his phone and uses text promptly.
After agreeing on the contract and the start date the rest fell into place. [redacted] & his team showed up on the appointed day promptly at 6am.By 5pm on the same day,the work was completed and all the corrections were made. Relief had set in & I was one happy client.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They were in a class all of their own. They did what they came to do and did it well!! Pricing was reasonable considering they are a licensed contracting company.
Some commendable items were noticeable---#1. [redacted] took pictures of the work in progress & e-mailed them to me for my records.#2. Requested my attention a few times in the course of the day to show me that new materials were installed as promised.

I called [redacted] on 12/8/2014 to come out to my home in [redacted] as I had questions regarding an already existing drip system which had been installed by the previous owner. I had various questions as I've never owned a home with a system previously. Also, I had a leaking pipe that needed replaced. [redacted] arrived at my home the next day; in fact, he called in advance to say he was going to be early....if that was OK. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. He answered all my questions and concerns, and explained how to operate the system; i.e.,timer, etc., and replaced the leaking pipe. Prior to calling [redacted], I had contacted a local [redacted] business; unfortunately, they never returned my calls and I subsequently contacted [redacted].

been impressed with his knowledge and integrity. His fees are reasonable, and, if we need to phone him with questions, he's readily available and eager to help.
