I booked a ride to LAX from my home in south Orange County on June The driver did not arrive at the appointed time, which caused me and my family to drive and park at LAX
When I looked at my bank statement, I noticed I had been double billed ($198) although no service was ever providedI haven't even inquired about the money I spent for parking at LAX because the driver was unable to make the pickup in time
Since then, I have sent nine emails and left numerous voicemails, which have been largely ignoredFor six weeks, I have been trying to get a refund from this company with no explanation of why it is taking so long or when it might be resolvedThis is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed, and I noticed on Yelp that I am not aloneThis business is unreliable at best and shady at worstI wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
