Revdex.com:In Response to my complaint: The Irvine Montessori School as stated in my initial complaint messege to Revdex.com stated they were “Overcharging” me for lunch (that should have been included for the biggest plan offered from morning/afterschool care as well as “Tuition” mentioned in contract at start. They took the heavy costs at startup for registration and also the weekly with efforts of him enrolled and then kept the funds. The school falsely speaks of our family of whom were “Never” divorced( school Lied) to date. It was set out to keep our funds which is why it is this late in the game and Revdex.com was contacted. They cant keep their information straight. They ignored communications letter emails from the actual time of enrollment way back which led me to contact Revdex.com. The place is dishonest after being “Caught” in the act. Lastly,  at the end Our child experienced some said “injuries” in which my toddler voiced in front of the school verbally. I will only take the much smaller amount offered from Irvine Montessori since they are obviously out for their own “financial benefit” and they are not worth the further "Inconvenience" given the much much much higher refunded amount of money that they actually owe.  
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

The child was enrolled by his mother at our school on July 13, 2016. He was brought to School on some days by his mom and some days by his dad. We soon learned that the parents were going through some domestic issues. Shortly after the child's enrollment, the mother brought the school into the...

parent's domestic dispute along with the Irvine police department. Because of our school policy of not getting involved with divorce, we had to terminate the child's enrollment on August 5, 2016. Irvine Montessori School reviewed his tuition record and the school prorates the cost per day on a 20-day basis. Because he was enrolled 18 days (July 13- Aug. 5) out of 20, we are willing to give her a refund of the 2 days, amounting in $132. There was no money due for lunch.Sincerely,[redacted]
