Just spoke with a representative concerning the new price this month [January 2024] of my tank rental price I was told this fluctuates from time to time. does that mean NO set rate on the tank rental? My rental went from 130.00 per billing to 264.00 ,, per billing A jump of 164.00 dollars over and above my original payment.. I am a senior and on a fixed income but that did NOT entitle me to any to any lesser payments, I am very disappointed to say the least,, I have been with them neigh on 12 years and have never faltered .. so much for old fashion LOYALTY, From a disgruntled customer. They let my furnace run out of oil, despite being on the autofill plan. Told me the driver had too many hours on the clock that day. Chose not to make a special trip. Had to have the furnace restarted by a local expert (because Irving doesn't know how to fix our furnace, history shows) and Irving won't reimburse me for this. Awful experiences.

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt withI had my boiler wserviced canceledvtines in and have been trying to get them to come install a stove in my basement for a month now Had a message on my machine saying it was scheduled for a certain date then no show and they say it was never end scheduled

They finally delivered the next business day - a time more profitable for them as they avoided overtime pay to fill the tank. Then a bank account was debited for the fuel instead of using cash deposited on the account back in November.

I have had nothing but terrible customer service and inaccurate administration of the account. I would not recommend this supplier to anyone.

I have been trying to switch my propane service to Irving energy and the sales person that I have been dealing with Josh M[redacted] has been helpful. But I have had nothing but problems with the service dept., They refuse to call me despite several attempts by Mr. M[redacted] to get them to do so.
