To start Mr.[redacted] bought his Kia Sedona from us back on 4/24/2015 well over the 30 day mark for paying taxes. At time of sale we gave him what we thought was a lien release, we learned now that is was not going to work so we applied for one and...

was told that it would be to us by that Friday so that's what we told Mr. [redacted]. When it did not come , he called me and called my a liar and when I was talking to him I was told to shut the [redacted] up. I told him I had the letter where it said it was filed for and to be mailed out, he did not want it.
Saturday he called and started in with a WHOLE lot of Profanity from the start and again when I tried to talk to him I was told to shut the [redacted] up. I hung up this time.
I am faxing you over where I filed for the lien release and other papers I have.
thank you,
[redacted]

The salesman likes to switch his story. He is very confused on the conversation that was had. He said he would mail it out and kept cutting me off. The only way to get his attention was to yell at him because he wouldn't shut up. My husband asked him how he was going to mail it out to us when he doesn't have my address and he hung up on him. If you resort to their reviews you will see we are not the only one who has had this issue with them. Very odd that they sale cars, yet have no idea that they need a Lien release. I'm curious why it matters when we title it. Isn't it their JOB to make sure when we walk off the lot that we have evrything we need. We still have yet after two weeks to receive notice of this release. Called the company exhibits was origianally through and they aside they opted for the cheapest way for them to get the release rather then to study the needs of the customer and could have had it over nighted. Another way to screw us over. But I guess the, "you waited this long you can wait some more" is a great way to handed business. Yes my husband was irate after getting a car that has broken down 12times including on the way home from the dealership, it's pretty hard to financially be able to afford to pay a loan, and repairs and title. And now I have to wait when I am ready to title it because very poor business.

As the customer states, someone is confused. This conversation started approximately 10 days ago. That was the 1st and only contact they've had with us since purchasing the vehicle, so buying a car that has broken down 12 times and never contacting the dealer. Doesn't add up.. The lien release is coming from a 3rd party, the day I receive it they will be contacted
