I had a minor problem with my Rheem furnace Called Frank's and was told they would charge a service fee that would cover labor to "diagnose" problem The service tech came out the first time and thought he fixed the problem (a slight gap, 1/inch diference on ignition points) He was there approximately minutes but wrote on the slip that he was there an hour and a half I was told by the tech, that there was a day warranty on labor The next day, the furnace started doing the same thing I called Frank's the following day and had the tech back out He found a "loose wire" and stated again, that he was there an hour and a half He was there about minutes again We were charged another $ When I called Frank's they said I was not charged a diagnostic fee 137.00, but was charged $to fix the loose wire So, I was charged $for a tech to come out and find a loose wire I am not a difficult customer, and love paying someone for a job well done The money charged should reflect the job done What a rip off! Do not use Frank's!!
Frank's came out and repaired my year old heat pump that stopped working out of the blue in our harsh cold weather***, the technician, was very informative and respectfulThe professionalism from start to finish is what I look for from any service company! Thanks Frank's Heating & Refrigeration!
I came home after having Back surgery, we turned on the Oil furnace in the middle of a winter storm and it was blowing cold airWe called *** to have a tech come out to check on a system that was installed in After waiting a couple of day's the Tech came out, He spent about minutes under the houseHe came to the conclusion that the Whole Heater had to be replaced, his comment was that the whole system is rustedHe said a Estimator was going to come out and take measurements and let us know what system would workBest guess was 6K-8KNever heard from them, mind you we had not heat for weeks in the middle of winterI finally called another company, they had it fixed in min, Replaced the Filter and NozzleHe said the Furnace is in great condition !!! Always get a second opinionI do not recommend ***We had a bad experience
