I am rejecting this response because:I was never told that I would be charged for both setsI was under the impression I was paying just for my individual lashesThis salon is utterly dishonestI have pictures of my lashes and the work that was doneHow they operate is unacceptableThe salon is closed on Sunday's and considering the condition of my lashes and eyelids after She was through there was no way I was waiting to get them fixedI also, as I stated previously didn't trust herClearly this salon operates on shoddy and shady business practicesNot only was I not made aware of *** charging me twice for lashes she messed up on by not properly listening to me I was denied any type of refundI have witnesses willing to corroborate my side of the situationAs you can read from the response email from the salon there is a language barrier and I do understand that but something needs to be correctedI want a full or partial refund of my money
