Received an item on my bank account - purchase for $and found that it was for a product I never ordered from a company I never heard of They had all our info, credit card, etcand their 'customer service' service said the transaction took place on May Charge showed up yesterday on June I suppose I really want to know how they got all my credit info They have promised to refund the money and gave me a conf# for the refund The product, which I never ordered, also never arrived This is why I think the company itself might be complicit in the credit card fraud If the refund comes through, I'll be somewhat satisfied, but still worried about how they got access to the information to bill me
Received an item on my bank account - purchase for $49.95 and found that it was for a product I never ordered from a company I never heard of. They had all our info, credit card, etc. and their 'customer service' service said the transaction took place on May 22. Charge showed up yesterday on June 24. I suppose I really want to know how they got all my credit info. They have promised to refund the money and gave me a conf. # for the refund. The product, which I never ordered, also never arrived. This is why I think the company itself might be complicit in the credit card fraud. If the refund comes through, I'll be somewhat satisfied, but still worried about how they got access to the information to bill me.
