I went to the laundry today with in one pocket and in the otherI had cashed in my pennies for laundry money at coinstarI went in and asked the young girl that works there where the change machine wasShe points just to her rightWe were chatting and I inserted three dollarsThe machine made noise but gave no changeI told the clerkShe immediately called her boss who said he would be there in ten minutesWe chatted about their phone program and she started signing me upThe owner came and I explained about coinstar and putting three bills in one after the otherHe looks at me in angry disbelief and says there's no way,that's impossibleIt just can't happenHe went into a room did something in back of the machineThen came out with three dollars and inserted them and got quartersThe lady was wrapping the phone transactionHe walked over sat the quarters down and turned to walk awayI said thank you and he said nothingI told the young girl with tears in my eyes that I wasn't trying to nest him out of anything that she saw and heard what happenedShe nodded and hung her headIf I hadn't already lugged everything in I would have went somewhere else
On 4/13/15 the customer brought in comforter. I remembered the comforter, from the previous visit because of my concern of the materials and style of fabric. 1 told...
customer she would have to pick up comforter next day because it had to be hung dry. Customer showed me 2 blue spots, 1 large brown spot approximately 12-15 in. diameter and 30 to 40 smaller brown splatter spots on the front side. On the back side, it had 1 large brown spot approximately 12-15 in. diameter bleed thru directly under the same side on the front. I told customer our washers are stainless steel and do not rust, I hung dry and folded ,and it did not leave here stained, but I would try and see if I could get it out. At no cost, I was skeptical but, thought it would be good customer relations . During the stain removal process the owner and I, notice the two blue stains were fabric softener. I did not use fabric softener on previous visit, cause of material.We rewashed comforter, the owner and I checked it over and the 2 blue spots were removed, most of the small brown spots were removed and most of other spots were lightened significantly. On further review of our carbon sales receipt .Two medium comforters were brought In on 2/27/15. Washed in same maxi washer. At this point, with 45 days before the complaint, fabric softener on garment and only one comforter returned with complaint. I will not offer a refund. I will be faxing a copy of carbon sales receipt with this letter. Sincerely,
