Mr *** *** purchased the home in September of Western Mechanical was called out on August 2, to preform an A/C inspection as you'll see on the attached invoice, at the time of service the home warranty inspector was there and wasn't able to check the system in heating due to the
temperature of the house being to hotOur service tech bypassed the thermostat outside at the unit to get the heat to come on in order form him to make sure it worked at the timeIf it had not worked the inspection company would have had the original home owner who was Mr*** *** at the time make all repairs in order to sale the homeWestern Mechanical did not charge to check or service the heating system, this was done to help the home warranty companyWestern Mechanical was called out by Mr and Mrs *** *** on Nov30th due to no heat on there west Carrier package unit, our service tech found the Inducer motor had failed causing the heating not to work, the Inducer motor was replaced at the time of service with the customers approvalThe wiring Mr *** was talking about had to do with a the run capacitor for the Inducer motor, the new inducer motor required a run capacitor in order for it to work so a small jumper was made and add at the time of repairThe owner of Western Mechanical went out to Mr *** home due to Mr *** in playing it was wired incorrectly, both the inducer motor and condenser motor were installed to manufactures specs and no problems were foundThe owner of Western Mechanical gave Mr *** $off the price and Mr *** excepted the offer and paid the bill at that time As for returning Mr*** calls The owner made several attempts to contact the customer and had no response
