I have been dealing with *** Plumbing over a year now with my plumbing problemmy toilets leak and they run constantly causing my water bill to go over $- $a monthThey are employed through American Home Shield *** North *** *** *** *** XXXXXThey will not report the proper diagnosis so that *** Home *** can give them the order to replace my toiletsMy policy stated that if it cant be fixed it will be replacedI don't know what the concurring agreement they have together but I believe it is an agreement not to replace certain thingsI have had six service claims for the same thing, it is costing me $each time they come out and they will not report to AHS a proper diagnosis so my toilets can be replacedThey also replaced my hot water heater and they put a 12xinch hole in my hot water heater closet and they would not repair itI requested that American Home Shield send a different plumbing Coand they said this is the only plumbing Cothey could
