I NEVER started a Facebook page and even searched for one and it does NOT existI did leave feedback in a public forum as stated but that is itThere were NO threats made, I called the DA who said my only recourse was a civil suit and just as I admitted I called needing the office managers name because she was the person I dealt withThe whole problem was that I was NEVER notified of the check prior to it being sent to the DA officeI was NEVER given the chance to take care of it and didn't realize as her office manager told me they were holding the check until the next appointment so they did not have to send it back yo me through the mailI have not been back or attempted to and gave since gone to another doctor for careI would be very interested to see this Facebook page they say I created, to hear these threatening calls I supposedly made and to know what the DA office said because I was told it was their discretion on what to do about stop collecting on this checkI never made threats I only asked names and when I was asked why I did say for my civil suit I was directed to file

Her response is not true. We canceled the appointment because I had no way to get there. My sister was at work which can be proved on the day they say she was with me as my husband took off work to drive me. NO ONE contacted me about the returned check until after the da office contacted me about having it. I did set there for 2 hours before they said the appointment card was wrong. I called to ask the office managers name so I could get information for a small claims suit if possible. I never started a Facebook page in regards to disgruntled people and would be interested to see one if it exists. There have been no calls other than the 2 for information I previously stated. I have not been notified by the da office in regards to canceling the action that was started at this time. I believe her staff is giving her false information.

We were only aware of it when she called and threatened our staff with litigation and told us she started the page. all posts are by individuals that are not patients nor have affiliation with this office. All posts reference the issue going on with this client. Also My office manager is again notifying the DA's office today. We will go ahead and refund her $25.00 [redacted] In addition we are terminating her services with us and will can forward her records upon request.
