Review: I verbally agreed to an unsolicited sales pitch, on January 19, 2015, to have my home's asphalt parking pad sprayed with a sealant. The sealant was applied and a $1200 invoice was paid via a credit card. The following day many deficiencies were identified and a follow-up meeting (6/22) acknowledged the problems with a promise to promptly resolve the problem. That was the last contact despite 4-5 cell phone calls. Numerous items, including a truck, boat, equipment, among others, that were removed from the pad remain off site.Desired Settlement: If a credible completion of the job is not attainable, then I expect a refund paid in full ($1200).
