Main complain is the leaking roof issueSince it, the house, was built, it has been leaking and had had damage in our home wallsHe has patched the walls in the past but has not resolved the main issue or souce of problemWhich appears to be the root being badly designedWe've constantly reached out but to this date have not gotten our roof fixedThere have been other minor issues, that at times we pay out of pocket since his turnover takes forever to fix issues!
