Good Morning,I have attched in the first documnet our store policy that customer signed both credit card and store receipt showing "No refunds, Store credit only" and I met personally with the client and explained to him our policy and we are willling to give more discounts to make sure customer is happy..we were under the impression that customer was still intretsted in finding diamonds and engamenet rings because he came in with his fiancee and asked us to look for certain diamonds and liked a paticular ring that we have in stock..few days later we get a complaint from the Revdex.com and a bad review on google..just because the customer has access to that it doesn't mean they have the right to do so..we worked very hard to build our business..but regardless when I sawe the complaint I contacted the client and asked him to come in which he did and he said they found something some where else and wants his deposit refunded..even though our policy is black and white but I refunded his money on because we don't want the hassle and having unhappy customer is gainst what we do..our business is built on refferals and good customer relationship since 2003.I have attached in the second document the refund receipts for $1000..but I hope this complaint doesn't count against us because Isaac Jewelers didn't do anything wrong as shown from the first doscumnet that customer signed and agreed to but we did the refund because this is not worth it at all and I like to keep our name clean and our rating A+.Please advise and thank you for the opportunity to explain this unfortunate incident[redacted] ***Owner
