I needed my AC fixedonly warm/hot air would blow out on 6/23/ My ex-husband had a wonderful friend (honest, generous, smart just an overall great guy) whose nephew , Chris O.,worked @ Isaac's Discount Auto Repair & honest Rick suggested I take my car there for the AC repair I purchased all the parts Isaacs said were needed through Advanced Auto Parts for $Isaac's charged me $for their labor 0n 6/27/
on 6/23/the AC of my car stopped blowing out cool airwould only blow out warm airMy ex-husbands friend, Rick, suggested I take it to Isaac's Discount Auto Repair (where his nephew, Chris O., works) I didn't know Chris, but I did know , respect, & trust RickI took my car in for AC repair on or about 6/23-24/16, after I purchased $in parts I was told Isaac's needed on 6/23/from Advance Auto PartsMy cars' AC was repaired & completed on 6/27/& I paid Isaac's $So my total cost for the AC repair came to $I was very *** to have a working AC again, but I was shocked to see the glovebox of my car had been torn out from the dashboard & not replaced in the expected professional mannerI returned the car to Isaac's on or about 6/28-6/69/with the promise & expectation that my glovebox would be reinstalled so it would be put back together again the way it was before Isaac's tore it out "to work on the AC." When I got my car back the 2nd time the glovebox unit was in even worse shapeit was misaligned & totally NOT flush with the dashboard, in fact, it was horrible & looked like something out of a junkyard that didn't fit! I decided then that I would just take my losses & learn a lesson about trusting & stop being so naiive@ least my AC worked, even though days later the entire glove box unit just fell out onto the floor & I had to start carrying my important papers (car insurance, registration, car repair & maintenance receipts) in a backpack, then later, a boxIn order for a passenger ** ride in the front seat the glovebox unit had to be propped up with a stick, gorilla tape, & even tried wiring a coathanger! In all fairness to Isaac's, the glove box's LATCH didnt work when I took the car inbut the entire unit sure wasn't falling out onto any passengers' legs! The latest nightmare with Isaacs occured on 1/25/My AC stopped working (Isaac's guaranteed it for year=approximately 6/28/17)Now I am waiting to see if they will honor their guarantee, in addition to restoring my poor glovebox to its former condition prior to being torn apart by them almost exactly months agoIsaacs initially said the glovebox & AC would be "fixed & the owner says we are supposed to make you ***." I hope sobut am a bit skeptical because the owners son, Sam, was very arrogant & rude to me days agoI told Sam to tell his dad that I will be reporting everything to the Revdex.com & within minutes I received a call-back promising to remedy all of the above problemsI sure hope so!

I've been going here for 15yrsAnd to this day I have not one complaint, the guys are honest and truthful and will go out there way to make sure the customer is taken care ofI have nothing but good ratings for this businessThanks guys and keep up the good work!
