I did not file a complaint against the individuals at A/R concepts, however I am fearful they will retaliate either by reporting false information or to me personally as they do have access to all of my personal information. The debt is no longer in collection because on Friday after A/R made those threats against me, I went to the doctors office to let him know and he personally told me I no longer owe the money and that he was appalled by their behavior and grateful that I stopped in to let him know. Again that can be verified. Thank You, ***

These are blatant lies. How dare they accuse me of "bashing" the doctor's office. The doctor is an extraordinary individual and as I said was appalled by the behavior of AR concepts. Why would I call them several times and leave messages starring I would like to resolve this and pay it then drive to the doctor's office to pay him directly? I welcome the verification of A/R 's statements. They are blatant lies. These people are verbally abusive and have poor business practices. The threats of persuing me in court are utterly ridiculous and again blatant lies. I will not continue this dialogue with unreasonable abusive threatening men representing this company.

Our office was completely professional with this individual.  From the moment of initial contact this debtor was entirely defensive and even went as far as to bash the doctors office.  She claimed she had paid this and upon verification directly with the doctors office they advised no...

payment had ever been made. We have since cancelled her account back to the doctor and advised her as such.  We are considering legal action against this individual for defamation of character and false accusation,  including punitive damages.  I am requesting this complaint be removed from our history.  Please feel free to contact our client C and H Counseling at [redacted] to verify this individual's false accusations. I was not disgruntled and how would [redacted] know? He was so busy yelling at me and interrupting me that he could not even determine that. Again, I called to pay the bill! Remember?  So again they are full of lies. Read your 2 reviews on the Revdex.com website regarding A/R concepts which I came across last night and forwarded to the doctor. When does this end, these people are blatant liars and I have no more to say to them.
