Reason I've make this complaint because I had been trying to contact Isabella C for the last 2 days about my shipping and no response from anyone in the company.
On the 5th of Feb, I make an order through Isabella C Website. My order number is #4050. Later in the morning one of the staff contacted me via email said the payment haven't going through and sent me an invoice asking for payment. At that time I apologised that my card didn't went through and pay for the invoice.
Isabella website stated that all order from off the rack are processing and ship within 2-3 business days. I have been waiting about a week with no communication from the company on my order. On the 11th of Feb, I have leave a Facebook message and one email asking about my order, and still no response. I hope my complaint will get the business attention.
I hope that this company is not a scam
