I purchased a facial, manicure, pedicure package. I have not received this service. After verbal confirmation of a refund, they stated no refunds.No one has returned numerous calls for appointments or recently on a refund. Recently my wife called and was told a refund check should be arriving by weeks end, not even 12 hours later another lady called and said no refunds will be given. In between two previous contacts, free sessions were offered in addition to the gift of the spa package I purchased for my wife. After all has transpired, not only do I want any free sessions, I also don't want my wife to go to this establishment I simply want a refund. I also saw no signs or displays mentioning no refunds within the establishment. Desired SettlementI just want to refunded for the package spa deal I purchased for my wife.
