step of our two step interview process on January 28th. He cancelled his ISS membership ($29.95 a month) with ISS indicated he would not be working with us.
We learned from Isagenix that on February 23, he took it upon himself to order Isagenix products. We had no knowledge of this and made no recommendations to him to do so.
On April 23, 2015: Mr. [redacted] reached out to us demanding a refund on his Isagenix Products. Isagenix has a great refund policy and we shared with him via phone, email and text that all he needs to do is call Isagenix at [redacted] and they will happily work with him on a refund.
