Good afternoon Ms. [redacted] When we received your first letter from 12.05.15, we immediately looked on our data base and did not find the information that correspond to Ms. [redacted]. We tried to call her on the phone you gave us...

but she did not answer.
That is why we contacted ABC business, that was mentioned in your letter, and talked to Customer Service that informed us that ABC had delivered the tablet ETAB. They informed us that they got in touch with Ms. [redacted] to attend her complain through text messages because she had failed to answer through phone calls. We were informed that all sale promotions were from the product ETAB. However, ABC spoke with Ms. [redacted] and attended her request and sent her a Tablet Samsung Galaxy, that was sent on 12.10.15, with the Fedex tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXX, which she received on 12.14.15. She gave us her confirmation that she received the package and was satisfied.
