I am rejecting this response because: This establishments blatantly lied and I am not the only tenant that had this issueThey use the service of one veteran to lure soldiers inI urge you to look at the reviews on Google, yellow pages, their *** page and multiple or their sourcesI would not pursue this issue if I were the only tenant that faced a financial issue with the am nor would I pursue this matter if I were one of few dissatisfied customersI urge you to do research on this company to see exactly how they conduct business.

The amounts that you were charged are correct. The two charges are from maintenance for repairs on the property of $260.98 and the other charge of $260.98 is for cleaning the property. There is was not a fee charged for pest exterminate. When the property was returned to us there was cleaning...

We are not saying that the home was filthy but it was not completed to the standards specified in the Move-Out Cleaning and Procedures Addendum that you signed on August 29th of 2017. Please look at the pictures attached for reference. Also we are a business formed by a retired Chaplain and his family. Also everyone in our office is either former military, a military spouse, or a dependent so your claim that we take advantage of these military families is off base. Please understand it is our responsibility to make the property ready for each new tenant that moves into the home and to protect the home for the owner. We take pride in our ability to serve the Ft Hood community and would be more than happy to share more pictures of the repairs and what else required cleaning if you so desire.

resubmitted. As of right now(8th at 11:14) we still have not been given a decline or accepted status. Now for the time line. It is impossible that you spoke to us on the 5th because that was Sunday and we are closed. As for the refund. We do not give refunds on application fees whether they are accepted or declined.
