4/18/2016Revdex.comIn respect to your inquiry dated on 4/7/letter, we would like to submit this response to this particular complain***(Refurbished with 30days warranty) was purchased on 12/28/and the user was using ***.Mr [redacted] brought [redacted] on 1/7/saying [redacted] has problem.We did removed Malware from [redacted] making completely functional FREE of charge.Process:He brought [redacted] back on 2/8/saying [redacted] has problem.We found that [redacted] has video card problem and ordered the part and replaced, however, it did behave same matter after a few days oftest usage,We did reorder the video card and replaced it but it did not fix the problem.This Diagnosis/Repair/Test has been going for at least 4-weeks without result and we could not find what the exact problem was.Afterward:Therefore, we did offer 100% Full Store Credit, but Mr [redacted] did not want Full credit rather he requested for cash.We did offer cash refund after deducting usage fee, restocking fee and service fee ($for removing Virus) and he did agree for this settlement.(Otherwise, we would not send the check for refund amount even though it was out of warranty.)It was his wife? who came to our office and start screaming/complaining and demanding 100% Cash refundSince she was out of control, we had to call Costa Mesa Police to our office to protect our goods andCustomers.Police suggested them to bring it to Small Court for further settlement and they agreed.Final considerations:We are ready to go Small Court settlement when they start litigation process and let the judge decide what action should be taken.We deal with H/W, S/W and user's knowledge every day and we have been doing great jobs and all the customers are very happy with our service.It is unfortunate that Mr [redacted] 's wife is unhappy for what her husband made settlement with us, but we cannot deal with their domestic issues.Thank you for contacting us
