We are a wholesale distributor supplying the dealer, retail and contractor community. We do not have installers, and although we are often times able to help with technical information, we in no way tell installers how to do their jobs. The maaterial in question was special order and not
returnable. Our customer was aware of that at time of purchase and the material was not defective. There are many tiles of this type that are paper face mounted. Although we offer design services, we are not installers and are not responsible for installers and their methods in the field as they are our customers, not our employees. We are very sorry that the installation did not go as planned, but MsXXX would need to contact her installer for any remedy to her concerns
