I have had some personal issues, and my time has been tight to see the leastLast we talked, I was to go see you, and set my trip toward there based on you being home that dayI realize you called in later to say you would not be home during a certain time, and that turned out to be the time frame I was out thereUnfortunate
Anyway, I asked you for the receipt for the tapsWhen someone wants compensation for something they bought, they need a receiptNothing unusual about thatAlso, I have discussed this situation at length with the service tech, and he does not feel that the sequence of events around removing the unit could have in any way allowed material to get to your tapsSpecifically, he feels that there is no way the material could have made it through the system, and furthermore, even if it did, it could not have made it past the in-line filter before the UV systemSo I am sure you can understand my hesitation to just pay for a set of taps that was on sale, you have no reciept for and want full list price forI can't just be buying taps for everyone that says we caused an issue, if what they are saying doesn't rightSo I wanted to have a look for myselfI don't think this is unreasonableIt could be that after I take a look, it will all make senseMeanwhile, you have running water, new taps, no any particular urgency to riemburse, it should be able to wait until I can get thereI am down there regularly, just a lot going on, and I am busy even when not a lot going on out of the normYou see the time I am writing this, I am starting my day now, will be going till tonight in all likelihood
Can you understand why I would want to see the old taps, the sof your system, and also a receipt?

The Water Shed is very surprised to receive the complaint from Mr. [redacted] as we are working together towards finding a resolution for Mr. [redacted]'s water troubles.
We are also surprised that Mr. [redacted] would suggest a lack of schedule maintenance...

on his water treatment equipment. We completed the first annual maintenance on October 1, 2013 and when we contacted Mr. [redacted] on October 2, 2014 he returned our phone call and suggested it was not a good time and he would contact us when available.
The Water Shed is committed to working with Mr. [redacted] and resolving his water problems and are confident that we will sort his problems out once and for all.

We have a proprietary product that we developed over many years of research, trial and error. The packaged products available to us for the purpose intended are expensive and not always effective. We just recently started selling the product...

that [redacted] refers to and are in the process of getting the proper labeling. We have offered [redacted] a refund on the products she paid for and hasn't used, and also allowing her to return but we would pick up the ones we dropped off at her residence.

I specifically asked for this information and received a response that simply said they would not disclose. There was no mention of this new product or that they would provide info in the future... they simply said they would not give us a listing. If they developed the product, a simple list of chemicals should be available for clients when they sell the product.
