Do not get a bank account hereThey will screw you out of your money and purposely take your account negative so you have to pay out moreI worked closing with KFCU regarding a charge that I did not receive the items forI was told by the company to dispute the charge with my bankI did so and filled out all the necessary paperwork needed to dispute the charge meanwhile never told that the credit could be reversed if the merchant deposited fundsThe merchant did just that and with no notification or call, KFCU reversed their credit and took my account negative $This has been one of multiple problems I have had with this credit unionGo to Mountain AmericaDO NOT TRUST THIS BANKThey are shady and worse than *** *** and take pride in screwing over military families
Member of Kirtland Federal Credit Union in recent years, was extended a $10,loan when brand new customer along with a credit card with high limitPaid off loan, kept good credit, but last month was denied a home improvement loan by this credit unionAfter the loan was denied, I filed a complaint with the loan department VP, and the CEO, so farThe first loan was totally unsecuredNow I have some securityThe bank says I owe more on my home than it is worth--after buying it six years ago for a low price, and adding $20,of my own cash, for improvementsOther lendors are saying this place is worth $120,to $130,Kirtland says it is worth only $95,This is unprofessional and ridiculous
My credit has been ruined by all of the late payments the reportedI spoke with more than one personWhom told me that they would not report any late payments to my creditNow my credit has been demolished because they did exactly what they said they wouldntI was not late on the car payment there was an issue with the insurance and the bank added insurance I did not know they did this so of course I did not pay the increased amount just the car payment on timeWhen I caught the error and fixed it they told me not to worry they would not count the payments as late
