Review: I received a cheap knock-off of the product I ordered ("SanDisk 32GB MicroSDHC High Speed Class 4 Card with MicroSD to SD Adapter"). The memory card I received has no identifying marks on it and does not look like the picture listed on [redacted], through which the product was purchased. After contacting the seller, iShop Inc, shipped via [redacted], it became apparent that I would have to pay money to return the item, thus costing me money as well as delaying my ability to acquire the desired product, while I am to receive nothing in return (except for this hassle). The seller could not offer the actual product ordered, and is thus guilty of a bait-and-switch operation: iShop Inc was deliberately deceptive in order to sell knock-off products at rates far above their "substitute" product's quality. The email exchange I had with iShop Inc was unfruitful, at least partially because the company's representative has a very poor grasp on the English language.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive the product I ordered, namely a "SanDisk 32GB MicroSDHC High Speed Class 4 Card with MicroSD to SD Adapter." It is evident to me that iShop Inc does not have the capability of sending me this product, however.
