Review: Dear Sir,I am a Chinese teacher at University of [redacted]. I am a volunteer only get stipend for living here.My son came in May 2012. I bought insurance plans on internet at VISIT &TRAVEL INSURANCE.The current plan is effective from 08/16/2012 to 05/16/2013. His ID number is [redacted], The plan is [redacted]certificate number is [redacted].My son went to [redacted] on 09/22/20122 and the bill is $146.00.I paid $146.00 because I did not know why this insurance did not pay for it before the due date.My son went to an emergency room on 11/17/2012.I have got a bill of $297 from hospital and $233.00 from doctor. Now the bills are not paid and I called ([redacted]) and ([redacted]) on Jan 3rd, the first number told me to contact the second number, while the second number said he is not in my insurance company . With the help of Revdex.com, I called ([redacted]),Secretary of [redacted] told me to send the bills to [redacted] (manager). I filed the new address and number of insurance I got from secretary to hospital and doctor on Jan.7th.Then I phoned the secretary on Jan.8th to make sure if she has got my email.I sent emails to [redacted] (manager) and [redacted] on Jan.8th .Then I got an email from [redacted] to tell me that she has sent information to Coordinated Benefits.Till Feb.20 I got the news that $116.80 from the insurance company to cover the first [redacted], and I got this money back now.But I got a letter from insurance and hospital to inform me that insurance do not pay any money and that is all my responsibility on the second hospital ($297&$233).The doctor mailed me and told me that it seems that the ID number is different. I contacted the insurance company on Feb. 20th. They showed me a new ID number[redacted]. I emailed Emergency and doctor new ID number and contacted [redacted] who works in insurance. But there is no any answer from insurance. I hope you can help!Desired Settlement: Take care of my claim , pay the bills of hospital ($297.00) and doctor ($233.00) at once. Show his ability and pay bills if there is another case.
