There's a difference between customer CARE and just mere "service" aloneIsland Adventures knows it and then walks that talk, too, by all measuresMy family visits this place each time we vacation in the area, which is oftenIts owners do well to hire exemplary staff which represents it well; true professionals, allThey actually CARE about making a lasting positive difference in the life of those who take the time to spend their money here, and they interact with them so as to further enhance the overall experienceAs a veteran of the airline industry throughout the USA and especially here in Pittsburgh as well as in my native OH, I can relate to all of the aboveIt's rare but refreshing to see that all's not lost after all, and that there are still young folks who care about CARE in the first place, go figureSpecial commendation goes to [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] meanwhile for their superb "warmth & fuzziness" throughout my family's 08/05/visit --- and for [redacted] and [redacted] support as I suffered through endless raceway losses to my eldest son before finally salvaging some pride with a victory of my own at day's endThanks, ladies --- you're the best! Hope to see you again! :-)

dry cleaners ruined my shirt and does not accept the fact that they did, won't pay for my item Ive always check my clothes before I leave the cleaners , when my wife dropped it off on October 12,, I picked it up on October 20,2018, when I realized that there was a white stain on the back, I let the manager know it was stained , he told me he was going to put more chemicals in order to remove it, so he said to pick it up October 25, but I picked it up instead on October 26,I saw the stain again , it had not been removedSo I went again on October 29,to complain that the stain was not removed, he then offered times what I paid for the cleaningI refused because I paid more for the shirt , and It was not my fault it was ruinedHe offfered again , to leave the shirt and pick up until October 31,but it was not ready I went again to the cleaners , Novemember 1,2018, the stain was not removed, he clearly said " I sent it to two other stores, to remove it "

My family visits this place each time we vacation in the area, which is often. Its owners do well to hire exemplary staff which represents it well; true professionals, all. They actually CARE about making a lasting positive difference in the life of those who take the time to spend their money here, and they interact with them so as to further enhance the overall experience. As a veteran of the airline industry throughout the USA and especially here in Pittsburgh as well as in my native OH, I can relate to all of the above.
