OUTSTANDING company and service!!! Our central AC quit working this morning and we had family members coming in for the holiday weekend After trying to get another two companies to come out on short notice (they said it would be Wednesday of next week due to the holiday weekend), we happened to see an Island Air and Heat Truck working on our street So we talked with the service technician about whether he could check our system while in the area to see how bad it was and he readily agreed After he was finished with the other call, he came to our house and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem!!! He was very cordial, very patient and identified the problem within a few minutes Lucky for us he had parts available onboard his service truck and we were back up and running in less than minutes! Your service representative is to be commended for his attitude, honesty and integrity, and professionalism!!! You saved the day/weekend for our family gathering!!!
