Review: Island Appliance was hired to fix a wine cabinet that was overheating. They did some work then left, a day later the same problem that they were hired to fix was back. I called and set up an appointment for them to come back, they never showed up for the appointment. Called two more times till some called me back, set up another appointment, they called when they should have been at my house and said the technician is still in the city doing work and it may be like 11pm or later that they can come. I said no, they said they would call back and reschedule. Never received a call back from them.

The billing on my credit card has company name of Father Son Appliance - which has an F Rating at Revdex.com.org. Very suscipious.Desired Settlement: I want a refund, I feel I have given ample opportunities for them to remediate the issue and I have been given the run around. I have made numerous calls and have had to chase around. Next step is to contact [redacted] as well.
