I am rejecting this response because:
Pricing a vehicle at $- and then agreeing to sell this vehicle with $in made up "fees" - I've bought cars in my lifetime and NEVER paid over $for a "doc fee" - and NEVER EVER EVER paid a "freight fee" - especially when I was driving up to get the vehicle.Since WHEN is it fair business practice to agree to an online price and then hit the customer with "AS LONG AS YOU PAY FOR $- over 10% of the cost of the car - in FEES".This is HIGHLY UNETHICAL - hence my complaint at the Revdex.com.DOUBLE CHARGING for a freight charge - THIS FEE IS ALREADY LISTED ON EVERY MARONEY (Window Sticker) IN THE WORLD. It's ALREADY IN THE PRICE OF THE CAR. Charging me for an "ADDITIONAL" freight fee is just a way for them to PRETEND to discount the car - to the lowest around, and then BAIT AND SWITCH when you contact them.AND - if you look at their website - they even spell out their freight charges - and NOT ALL VEHICLES HAVE FREIGHT CHARGES...See for yourself.http://www.sheehy.com/FreightI'm attaching screen shots SHOWING that the VW *** LISTS NO FREIGHT CHARGE - so now trying to charge me is UNBELIEVABLE.Regards,

To whom it may concern:I have reached out to [redacted] and we are working on a deal for him to trade Out of his current vehicle to the one that has the features he so desires.

[redacted] visited our dealership initially looking at a [redacted] SE with Technology, a more expensive vehicle. He then decided to go with a lower trim level with less features, the SE, because of the lower price. He continued to negotiate another $500 off the price of the vehicle specifically...

because it did not have the push button start that the SE with Technology had, acknowledging that the vehicle had less features. We have the signed purchase order and all purchase documents associated. Additionally, the one feature that [redacted] mentions, the Park Distance Assistant, is only available on the SEL Premium trim level, which is $7,990 more expensive. [redacted] never looked at or mentioned an SEL Premium and we did not have one on our lot that he would have seen the feature on.We are happy to help [redacted] trade out of his [redacted] into the model he's looking for.Regards,

that wisit we found that the front brake pads were worn to the service limit. We advised [redacted] of the condition. He was very quick to point out that we had done the previous brake replacement 30,000 miles ago. It was his opinion that this was entirely too soon to warrant replacement again and it must have been due to inferior workmanship and or inferior parts. Nothing in our diagnosis could support his statement. We find front brake life on Volkswagen [redacted] vehicles operated in our area averages about 25,000 to 35,000 miles. Despite our explanation of various conditions that could accelerate brake wear [redacted] refused to accept the fact that the brakes were worn out due to normal wear. Upon further investigation we found our previous brake work was done on August 8, 2014 at 135,199 miles (invoice [redacted] enclosed). His current invoice dated November 17, 2015 indicated a mileage of 176,840 miles (invoice [redacted] enclosed). That indicated that the actual mileage from the original brake Work was 41,641 miles not the 30,000 [redacted] made it his complaint statement. At 41,840 miles we can defiantly attribute this to normal Wear and consider this matter closed. As an extra courtesy we offer our service customers complimentary manicures on Tuesday mornings, Our records indicate our manicurist was present on November 17, 2015. I can't explain way [redacted] could not find her. [redacted] stated that this complimentary service was an incentive for him bringing his vehicle that day. In fairness to him We will gladly reimburse him for up to $20.00 for his wife to have a manicure done elsewhere. the online price of $14,990 plus freight $820, Processing fee of $699 and taxes and tags in their state (Texas). They then replied to me saying "I'm not paying your bt BS fees of $699 and freight." Then, I told them we would not be able to sell them the car waiving the freight and processing fee. Then, they emailed back and threatened me that they would write bad reviews online and write to Revdex.com and AG. They also started sending multiple leads to different sales people at our store.At that point, I was done with them and emailed them back and told them if they feel they should take these actions then they should. I also told them since they are harassing us and threatening me, then we would not like to do business with them since our fees are not negotiable. I am rejecting this response because:
The brake pads ill,understand that they go faster but to tell me that the rotors are bad too and have major groves that is unacceptable plus the person who does the nails was not there at all because I asked multiple people and they told me that it was there for an hour in the morning and left after. Why would you lie that the person was there ???? It doesn't make sense.  If they lie for simple lie that the person who made the nail was there than what to believe about the rotors. Tye rotors have extreme groves and I complain before after the dealership put the brakes and rotors that there is excessive dirt on my front wheels and they told me that it will go away but it did not and now i,have bad rotors and brakes
