To whom it may concern:In response to a letter we received for the above ID number below is the correspondence with said customer.I responded back and told customer ID # [redacted] since it's the last day of the month, we would need a deposit to secure the car for themWe also told them they must pay the online price of $14,plus freight $820, Processing fee of $and taxes and tags in their state (Texas)They then replied to me saying "I'm not paying your bt BS fees of $and freight." [redacted] visited our dealership initially looking at a [redacted] SE with Technology, a more expensive vehicleHe then decided to go with a lower trim level with less features, the SE, because of the lower priceHe continued to negotiate another $off the price of the vehicle specifically because it did not have the push button start that the SE with Technology had, acknowledging that the vehicle had less featuresWe have the signed purchase order and all purchase documents associatedAdditionally, the one feature that [redacted] mentions, the Park Distance Assistant, is only available on the SEL Premium trim level, which is $7,more expensive [redacted] never looked at or mentioned an SEL Premium and we did not have one on our lot that he would have seen the feature on.We are happy to help [redacted] trade out of his [redacted] into the model he's looking for.Regards,
