Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Complaint # [redacted] Monday, January **, 7:PMHello I ( [redacted] ) did contact Jim C [redacted] concerning my complaint In the month it took the dealer to respond I obtained documents from my loan company that show the price I signed& agreed to pay for my car was changedAn additional $was added to the price of my car & my tag fees were added which I payed through my debit on the day I picked up the carI felt like all the dealer did was try& fast talk & confuse me but never produced in black& white justification for the discrepancy in pricingMy loan company as well stated there is a clear difference in my documentation& the contact (which was typed) that the dealer sent in I was never provided paper work to substantiate the difference nor was my loan companyThe dealer would not discuss the constant repairs made on the vehicle, nor would they discuss the fact that hidden damage found inside the dash board was validAll they did was attempt to get me too finance another vehicle@ a discounted rateEven with that offer it had been days& they have failed to follow up I am not satisfied& I have my documents to prove price changes& substantial repairs made& needed in less than a year Thank you [redacted] ###-###-####
refference to [redacted] *** I have tried to reach out to her...ref to her situation...not really sure what she looking for...she purchased a used car had a problem...WAS TOLD TO BRING THE CAR INshe complain about a leak and a intermittent hesitation problem I took a test drive with her so she could show me the problem...we took a test drive together I did smell a odor but didn't experience a hesitation...I explained I wasnt a mechanic but I would have them look at it car was sent to sunrise auto care dealt with [redacted] the owner...had his mechanic ck out her concern and repaired ( oil pan gasket) repair was made, was unable to duplicate her intermittent hesitation....when the car was returned to [redacted] I explained to her they took care of the oil leak ...were unable to duplicate the hesitation concern....explain to her that if it happen again to contact me...she called me explain her ck engine light came on and that the car had hesitated again...I told her to bring it to our mechanic who is a block away from where she worked that I would authorize the repair to be fixed...when she went there [redacted] was out of town for the weekend...she spoke with a mechanic on duty she explain to the mechanic she was going upstate with her daughter to research colleges....she was told to bring the car in on Monday to be diagnose and repaired..she called me to let me know what the mechanic had said I asked her if she ask if the car was safe and she told me he didn't see why not.she had the choice to leave her car or bring it back...she elected to take it ..her decision to bring it in on Monday....I am sorry her car caught fire still to this day she never gave me a cause of the fire...she had the car for approximately weeks prior to the fire....as far as money she put down she traded a ford escape with a lot of "mechanical problems" that she owed that was appraised for 800.00...her insurance company had paid off the loan...PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ME TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER FURTHER..THANK YOU JIM C [redacted] [redacted] ***
