So stressful there....both owner and Secretary rude and out of line Would reconsider using them It's atmosphere is tense unfriendly They charge unfairly and do whatever suits them Secretary should never work with the public ...EVER!

We are not a telecommunications company nor do we provide any telecommunications services of any kind. Is there a name of a company that appears on your statement for the debit card charge that you received? What company did you contact?

rejecting this response because: There is no telephone number. I used my debit card at a pay telephone at the greyhound bus station in Tallahassee, Fl when 18.95 was deducted and I did not even speak to anyone on the phone. The voicemail picked up and I hung up. How 18.95 could be deducted as a result of that is robbery. I gave my debit card information and I will submit it again: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: There is no bill or service provider. I was at a pay phone at the greyhound station in Tallahassee, Fl when I attempted to make a phone call using my prepaid visa card. I have contacted the company and they know exactly what the charges were and when they occurred. My complaint is that my call never connected and they deducted 18.59 off the card which is ridiculous and I want it back!

Review: I bought a 2003 Saturn VUE from this dealer in July 2014 and purchased a 2 year extended warranty for $845 as well. The car broke down in August 2015 and needed a new motor which is covered under the warranty. As it turns out, the dealer never submitted the paperwork for the warranty to the warranty company. I however am still paying for the warranty through the finance company and I don't have a warranty. The car is not driveabke and I still have to pay the loan on this car for 15 more months. The dealer refuses to do anything to help us.Desired Settlement: I want my vehicle fixed and paid for by the dealer or I want a placement car valued at my cars value.
