Worst company ever.They left my family with out air conditioner for days very hot summer days.They never pick up the phone and the owner very rude.Don't call this company they are over charge you

My technician was *** He arrived early, before I got home, but he called me and asked if he could go ahead and check out my outdoor unit It was fixed before I got home He explained what was wrong, showed me pictures and answered all of my questions Very professional

I received prompt professional service. The tech identified the problem with my air conditioning unit within minutes of arrival. He waited to ensure proper cooling was in effect after fixing our problem.

He was both professional and efficient. It was so nice to see a friendly technician that cared and could solve my problem. (It was VERY hot in our house until he fixed our problem.)
I will definitely use their company again.

Island Breeze HVAC came to my house to diagnose and repair my HVAC unit. Once they collected $500 from me, I never heard from them again. I was told by Island Breeze (on 4/28) that I needed a new compressor and that the duct work under my house needed to be replaced at the cost of $4,960. They charged me $500 (invoice #[redacted]) for a load calculation which I never received a copy of and I have no idea if they ever completed it. I called multiple times after the initial visit on 4/28 and the load calc visit on 5/4 asking when service was going to occur and was told on two occasions that they needed to check on things and would get back to me. They NEVER called me back.Calls to the company:5/23- 4:31 and 4:405/16- 2:285/11- 2:335/10- 2:065/3- 2:24Since the repair was not going to be covered by my home warranty, I called a friend who owns his own HVAC business and he fixed my unit for $172.50. His diagnosis was that the system was grossly overcharged and he removed 2.5lbs R410a. He also stated that while the duct work is not optimal, it is adequate. The system then worked as designed.After my system was fixed, I called [redacted] (the warranty Co) to tell them what happened. They took detailed notes and stated that they sent Island Breeze a message to contact me. I also called Island Breeze stating that I wanted my $500 back and that if I did not get it that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I was told by a woman there that she would give the owner my message. I asked if she had my phone number and she said yes. That was two days ago and I have not heard a word from them.While the owner was here my husband was in the process of moving out as we are going through a divorce. Looking back, I feel like they felt as though they could take advantage of me since I was going through a difficult time.Desired SettlementI want my $500 refunded to me. They have done nothing and have been extremely unresponsive.

Island Breeze LLC falsely claimed that I did not call and speak to "[redacted]" to cancel a service call to my residence.I called and spoke directly to herThis company is charging me a service fee after I was on the phone with them telling them for > 2 hr I could"nt be home the only date they could come. I called [redacted] for svc to my heater as it was not warming. They gave me the number to Island Breeze HVAC.. I had a recent surgery which made me a high risk for pneumonia and I could not wait for them to come as I had the hospital appt that date and would not be home. I explained this to the company and to [redacted]. I was on the phone literally for 2 hours with [redacted] asking them to send a different company because they could only svc me 2 days later ( at which date I had to return to the surgeon ). I spoke to several people at [redacted] whom were all rude and unhelpful and just kept putting me on hold. [redacted] (supposedly the Manager and the ABSOLUTE RUDEST of all).kept repeating the same thing...in essence "we can't send a different company because they are willing to come within their 72 hour window and because you called to request rather than request online" ....I don't know what else she was telling me I should've done. Hours on the phone...I then asked for some type of compensation for all the hassle and land their inability to service me....It was a straight out "NO" .I hung up from [redacted] and immediately called the Island Breeze because I knew they were busy and it was the first cold snap;I wanted to free them up for another svc call. I spoke to [redacted] again, and told her to cancel the svc call. She repeated "you want to cancel" and I replied yes. She said ok and I asked her for a cancellation confirmation number, she said " there isn't one because there will be no service". Fast forward October 5th, I receive a svc charge fee of $75.00. I call [redacted] and explained. I was transferred to 4 different people, on hold for more than an hour, and everyone said the same thing "Island Breeze says you never canceled and you didn' SAY the word "CANCEL" when you spoke to us, you have to pay".I asked to speak to another Supervisor , after 38 minutes[redacted]" came back on the line and said "[redacted] will call you back, she's in a meeting, and thats the same one you spoke to last time when you wanted to be compensated for us not being able to send a different company". [redacted] is a RIP OFF and Island Breeze ([redacted]) DID NOT TELL THE TRUTH! Steer clear of BOTH! The date on statement is 10/05/2015. Dispatch #[redacted]. The amount is $75.00. /////Desired SettlementRefund - I recommend [redacted] call [redacted] AND myself and admit and apologize for her mistake..and promptly correct the records /////
