Review: Island Competition Pools charged us for a new filter and chemicals and never delivered the products. Service call was to fix a jet leak but now the jets have no pressure. Calls to the company have not been returned for 30 days. Unprofessional, unreliable and inexperienced. This company stole $210 from my family.Desired Settlement: We want the filter & chemicals that we paid for and the pressure fixed so that the jets work as they did prior to this service.
